Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card and has no time limit.
How do we move to Family+ or Family Pro?
The family owner changes the plan in Settings. The plan covers the whole family, not one person.
How much do we save by paying yearly?
Paying yearly costs about ten months instead of twelve: €39 instead of €47.88 for Family+, and €69 instead of €83.88 for Family Pro.
How do I cancel?
At any time in Settings, with no cancellation fees. There are no contracts and no hidden steps.
Are prices per person?
No. The price covers the whole family, with as many members as the plan allows.
When is the Family Assistant coming?
The Family Assistant is still being built and has no release date yet. When it is ready, it will be part of Family Pro.
